Terms of Service

These Terms form a contract of adhesion between the operator of the Atlano service (the “Service”) and you. You accept the Terms by ticking the acceptance checkbox and creating an account at registration. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Service.
1. Service description
Atlano is a web service for goal setting, habit management, and time planning. During early access it is provided free of charge. Monetization, pricing, and rollout are defined separately.
2. Registration and account
Registration is required to access full functionality. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
One account belongs to one user. Sharing access with third parties is not allowed.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over.
Actions performed after signing in with your login and password are deemed performed by you. The combination of login, password, and a confirming action in the interface constitutes a simple electronic signature.
3. User content
All goals, tasks, entries, and other content you create remain your property.
You grant the operator a limited license to store, display, and process this content as needed for the Service to function.
4. Prohibited use
Prohibited: posting unlawful content; attempting unauthorized access; disrupting Service operation; using the Service for spam; harvesting other users' data.
Upon violation the operator may restrict or terminate access to the Service without refund (where applicable).
5. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is”. The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee absence of downtime or data loss. Make regular backups of important data.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
7. Modifications and termination
The operator may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through Service settings — all related personal data will be erased from the database immediately and irreversibly.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in the court at the operator's location.
